Yes, you can.

It is done in 2 steps: Initiate Withdrawal and Pending Withdrawal.

If and when you decide to withdraw, the 10 days waiting period for un-bonding will apply for active delegation, meaning that step 2 can pe completed only after 10 days,

For waiting-list delegations both steps can be completed one after the other.

Withdrawal from the delegation waiting list and active delegation is done in 2 steps.

First Step:
Go to https://wallet.multiversx.com/ and click on Delegate on the left menu. From there click the Initiate Withdrawal button on the top right corner.

You will be asked to enter the amount you want to withdraw from delegation. Minimum is 1 eGLD. Keep in mind if you have eGLD in the active delegation and in the waiting list, first the eGLD from the waiting list are withdrawn.

In the next step a transaction is made. This transaction is a Smart contract transaction that "tells" the delegation Smart Contract you want to withdraw your delegated eGLD.

It is perfectly normal the amount to be 0 and the address to be: erd1qqqqqqqqqqqqqpgqxwakt2g7u9atsnr03gqcgmhcv38pt7mkd94q6shuwt and not editable. This is the Delegation Smart Contract address.

For this transaction you will need 0.025 eGLD as a reserve fee, although the actual fee will be much lower: 0.0036 eGLD.

Second Step:
Go Delegate on the left menu. Look for the Pending Withdrwals requests below My Delegations dashboard.

If your eGLD was in active delegation you will be able to finalize the second step only after 10 days. If your eGLD was in waiting list you can proceed with this step immediately.

Click on Finalize Withdrawal. After confirming the amount that is available to be claimed a transaction to the Delegation Smart Contract is sent again. As with the first step, it is perfectly normal the amount to be 0 and the address to be: erd1qqqqqqqqqqqqqpgqxwakt2g7u9atsnr03gqcgmhcv38pt7mkd94q6shuwt and not editable. This is the Delegation Smart Contract address.

For this transaction you will need 0.025 eGLD as a reserve fee, although the actual fee will be much lower: 0.0032 eGLD.

After the transaction is successful (you can check the result in Transactions page) the amount withdrawn will be immediately shown in your wallet at the Available amount.
